Hot Comedy is a bold, inclusive comedy compilation show in Edinburgh, hosted by Nicholas Elliott and Eva Peroni.

The 2nd of November has a line up to woo the gods. We have Sam Lake Headlining. His Fringe show “You’re Joking!? Not another one!” was the 3rd best reviewed show of the festival this year according to The British Comedy Guide. We also have the sublime Paul McDaniel, Philosophical Ifrah Quershi, the peoples prince of the North-East Connor Read, Nicholas Elliott Dorian Grey more murderous twin, and the Gorgeous wee girl of Glasgow Tia Boyd

Known for its diverse and supportive atmosphere, it showcases a mix of top headliners and rising stars from all backgrounds. The show features Queer, POC, Disabled, Female, Non-binary performers—and yes, even straight white men—creating a line-up that genuinely reflects comedy's full spectrum.

Reviews praise it as “a lovely supportive show” and “a defined space celebrating voices.” But don’t expect anything preachy—Hot Comedy focuses on being funny first, while making space for performers often sidelined in traditional comedy circles. The show offers a culturally and physically accessible environment for audiences who may feel excluded or targeted by mainstream, edgelord-style humor.
