Gilded Balloon Terms and Conditions
By purchasing tickets through Gilded Balloon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Each show has its own particular late comers policy. If the show has elected to admit no late comers, entry will not be possible and tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. If a show allows late comers, entry points will be at Venue Management’s discretion.
From the moment that the transaction is completed, all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless a show has been cancelled or the particulars of the show change in a manner that results in you being unable or unwilling to attend, in which case we shall notify you and reimburse the price of the tickets as soon as possible. In respect of purchases through the Website or the App, completion is deemed to be once you have agreed to the terms and conditions and clicked to confirm your purchase. Lost or stolen tickets are non-refundable, and no duplicate tickets will be issued.
Photography and videoing within any performance space is strictly prohibited.
Tickets are sold subject to the Theatre Management’s right to make any alteration to the advertised arrangements or the cast rendered necessary by unavoidable circumstances.
If entering a Gilded Balloon venue, we reserve the right to search your belongings and/or person in the interest of public safety.
A ticket booking fee of 80p a ticket applies up to £4.80 a transaction
